A neighborhood tradition
The Fourth of July is upon us and the Whitland neighborhood is preparing to celebrate with our annual block party. We will have music from what we refer to as "the greatest band in America" as well as our famous hotdogs. It is a treat every year to celebrate our community and country together. Nashville's longest running outdoor movie series, Movies in the Park is now in it's 31st season! So, grab a blanket and bring your family and friends (human or furry!) to Elmington Park on Thursday nights in June for a FREE movie night! While you wait for the movie to start, take part in games and giveaways and grab snacks from our delicious array of local food trucks! And let's not forget about the main event—a movie screening under the stars! All films are family-friendly and will be shown in open caption, so everyone can enjoy the show!
